Article 38.--CRIMES AFFECTING GOVERNMENTAL FUNCTIONS

      21-3855.   Severability clause.If any section, subsection, paragraph or provisionof this act shall beheld to be invalid by any court for any reason, it shall be presumed that thisact would have been passed by the legislature without such invalid section,subsection, paragraph or provision, and such finding or construction shall notin any way affect the remainder of this act.
