Article 40.--CRIMES INVOLVING VIOLATIONS OF PERSONAL RIGHTS

      21-4014.   Same; severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson, thing or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall notaffect the provisions of application of this act that can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end theprovisions of the act are declared to be severable.
