Article 41.--CRIMES AGAINST THE PUBLIC PEACE

      21-4107.   Permitting a public nuisance.Permitting a public nuisance is knowingly permitting property under thecontrol of the offender to be used to maintain a public nuisance, asdefined in section 21-4106.

      Permitting a public nuisance is a class C misdemeanor.
