21-4207. Failure to register sale of explosives.(a) Failure to register sale of explosives is the omission, by theseller of any explosive or detonating substance, to keep a register ofevery sale or other disposition of such explosives made by theseller as requiredby this section.
(b) The register of sales required by this section shall containthedate of the sale or other disposition, the name, address, age andoccupation of the person to whom the explosive is sold or delivered, thekind and amount of explosive delivered, the place at which it is to be usedand for what purpose it is to be used. Such register andrecord ofsale or other disposition shall be open for inspection by any lawenforcement officer, mine inspector or fire marshal of this state for aperiod of not less than one year after the sale or otherdisposition.
(c) Failure to register sale of explosivesis a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
