Article 42.--CRIMES AGAINST THE PUBLIC SAFETY

      21-4231.   Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof toanyperson or circumstances isheld invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applicationsof the act which canbe given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this endthe provisions of thisact are declared to be severable.
