Chapter 21.--CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS PART III.--CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES AND SENTENCING Article 46.--SENTENCING

21-4640. Same; severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereofto any person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effectwithout the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisionsof this act are severable.
