Chapter 21.--CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS PART III.--CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES AND SENTENCING Article 46.--SENTENCING

21-4645. Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof toany person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affectother provisions or applications of the act which can be given effect withoutthe invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of thisact are severable.
