Chapter 21.--CRIMES AND PUNISHMENTS PART III.--CLASSIFICATION OF CRIMES AND SENTENCING Article 47.--SENTENCING GUIDELINES

21-4726. Invalidity of part of act; presumption.If any provision of this act is held to be invalid orunconstitutional, it shall be conclusively presumed that the legislature wouldhave enacted the remainder of this act without such invalid or unconstitutionalprovision.
