Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
KANSAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Article 23.--PRELIMINARY PROCEEDINGS

      22-2306.   Defective warrant.A warrant shall not be quashed or abated nor shall any person in custodyfor a crime be discharged from such custody because of any technical defectin the warrant.
