Article 25.--SEARCH AND SEIZURE

      22-2504.   Issuance of search warrant.All search warrants shall show the time and date of issuance and shallbe the warrants of the magistrate issuing the same and not the warrants ofthe court in which he is then sitting and such warrants need not bear theseal of the court or clerk thereof. Such warrants may be transmitted bytelefacsimile communication, as defined in K.S.A. 22-2502, and amendmentsthereto. The statement on which the warrant isissued need not be filed with the clerk of the court nor with the court ifthere is no clerk until the warrant has been executed or has been returned"not executed."
