Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
KANSAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Article 26.--JURISDICTION AND VENUE

      22-2601.   Jurisdiction.Except as provided in K.S.A. 12-4104, and amendments thereto, thedistrict court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try all cases of felony andother criminal cases arising under the statutes ofthe state of Kansas.
