Article 26.--JURISDICTION AND VENUE

      22-2613.   Bigamy.A person charged with the crime of bigamy may be prosecuted in thecounty where the bigamous marriage ceremony was performed or in any countyin which bigamous cohabitation has occurred pursuant to such bigamousmarriage.
