Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
KANSAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Article 27.--UNIFORM CRIMINAL EXTRADITION ACT

      22-2729.   Uniformity of interpretation.The provisions of this act [article] shall be so interpreted andconstrued as to effectuate its general purposes to make uniform the law ofthose states which enact it.
