22-3014. Witness fees.Witnesses attending a grand jury in response to a subpoena shall beallowed the same fees as are allowed witnesses in criminal cases in thedistrict court. The fees shall be paid from thegeneral fund of thecounty upon a certificate of attendance signed by thepresiding juror of the grandjury.
