22-3105. Witness fees.Witnesses attending an inquisition in response to a subpoena shall beallowed the same fees as are allowed witnesses in criminal cases in thedistrict court; such fees are to be paid by the county in which theinquisition is held upon a certificate of attendance signed by the judgebefore whom the witness has appeared.
