Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
KANSAS CODE OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURE
Article 34.--TRIALS AND INCIDENTS THERETO

      22-3401.   Time of trial.All persons charged with crime shall be tried without unnecessary delay.Continuances may be granted to either party for good cause shown.
