Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

Article 34.--TRIALS AND INCIDENTS THERETO

      22-3435.   Severability.If any provisions of this act or the application thereof toany person or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of the act which can be giveneffect without the invalid provisions or application and, to this end, theprovisions of this act are severable.
