Chapter 22.--CRIMINAL PROCEDURE

Article 34.--TRIALS AND INCIDENTS THERETO

      22-3438.   Severability.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect otherprovisions or applications of this act which can be given effect without theinvalid provision or application. To this end the provisions of this act areseverable.
