Article 35.--POST-TRIAL MOTIONS

      22-3502.   Arrest of judgment.The court on motion of a defendant shall arrest judgment if thecomplaint, information or indictment does not charge a crime or if thecourt was without jurisdiction of the crime charged. The motion for arrestof judgment shall be made within 10 days after the verdict or finding ofguilty, or after a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, or within suchfurther time as the court may fix during the 10-day period.
