Article 37.--RELEASE PROCEDURES

      22-3712.   Placement in diagnostic or treatment facility as condition ofrelease.As a condition of probation, parole or postrelease supervision, aprobationer, parolee or person on postrelease supervision may beplaced in a diagnostic, or treatment facility by order of thecourt orparole board. Placement in a diagnostic or treatmentfacility shall not exceed 90 days or the maximum period of the prisonsentence that could be imposed, but may be renewed for further ninety-dayperiods oncertificates presented to the court by the director of such facility.
