Article 40.--EXECUTION OF DEATH SENTENCES

      22-4004.   Military force, when to attend.If the secretary of correctionsconsiders thepresence of a military forcenecessary to carry into effect the provisions of thisact, the secretary shallnotify the governor thereof. The governor may call outsuch of the military force of the state as in the governor'sjudgment may benecessary for the purpose.
