Article 41.--PAROLE VIOLATIONS

      22-4106.   Agreements with officials of other states authorized.The secretary of corrections is hereby authorized, subject to theapproval of the secretary of administration, to enter into contracts withsimilar officials of any other state or states for the purpose of sharingan equitable portion of the cost of effecting the return of any person whohas violated the terms and conditions of parole, postrelease supervisionassignment to acommunity correctional services program or probation as granted bythis state.
