Article 44.--AGREEMENT ON DETAINERS

      22-4405.   Same; escape from custody; felony; penalty.Any person who shall escape from custody while in this state pursuant tothe agreement on detainers shall be guilty of a felony and upon convictionthereof shall be imprisoned for a term of not less than one nor morethan 10 years.On or after July 1, 1993, any person who shall escape from custody while inthis state pursuant to theagreement on detainers shall be guilty of an unranked felony and uponconviction the court shall fix an appropriate sentence.
