Chapter 23.--DOMESTIC RELATIONS
Part 5.--ENFORCEMENT OF ORDER OF ANOTHER STATE WITHOUT REGISTRATION
Article 9.--UNIFORM INTERSTATE FAMILY SUPPORT ACT

      23-9,507.   Administrative enforcement of orders.(a) A party seeking to enforce a support order or an incomewithholding order, or both, issued by a tribunal of another statemay send the documents required for registering the order to asupport enforcement agency of this state.

      (b)   Upon receipt of the documents, the support enforcementagency, without initially seeking to register the order, shallconsider and, if appropriate, use any administrative procedureauthorized by the law of this state to enforce a support order oran income withholding order, or both. If the obligor does notcontest administrative enforcement, the order need not beregistered. If the obligor contests the validity oradministrative enforcement of the order, the support enforcementagency shall register the order pursuant to this act.
