Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

      24-121.   Same; general maintenance fund; tax levies; redemption ofbonds.All moneys held by the county treasurer under the provisions of this actshall be held exclusively for the benefit and use of such drainagedistrict, and from time to time, if the same shall be necessary to providefor the maintenance work in said district, the board of countycommissioners shall have authority to levy a general fund for suchmaintenance, not exceeding, however, one-fifth of the amount authorized bylaw for the creation of general funds for such drainage district, and saidboard of county commissioners shall from year to year levy any taxes orfunds necessary to redeem any outstanding bonds and the interest thereon.
