Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES Article 1.--GENERAL PROVISIONS

24-134. Issuance of bonds.All general obligation bonds of any drainage district shallbe authorized, issued, registered and sold in the manner provided by thegeneral bond law and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximumrate prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009.
