Districts adopting general plan prior to April 1, 1961;method of financing; procedure.Watershed districts which have adopted a general plan prior to April 1,1961, but have not adopted by resolution a method of financing mayfollow the procedure set forth in sections 24-1213, and 24-1214 of theKansas Statutes Annotated in the adoption of aresolution of financing and proceed forthwith to carry out the proposedworks of improvements.
