Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 3.--DRAINAGE OF SWAMPS, BOTTOMS OR LOWLANDS WITHIN COUNTY

      24-307.   Penalty for obstructing ditch, drain or stream; damages.Any person who shall willfully or maliciously fill up or obstruct anysuch ditch, drain, or watercourse, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, andupon conviction, shall be fined in a sum not to exceed twenty-five dollars($25), and shall moreover be liable for all damages that may accrue to anyperson or persons by such act or acts.
