Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 5.--DRAINAGE IN VALLEY OF NATURAL WATERCOURSE

      24-528.   Scope and application of act.The provisions of this act, and of this act alone, shall apply to alldrainage districts organized under its provisions, and nothing hereinshall be construed to amend or repeal any law now in force and effect,except insofar as K.S.A. 24-526 may modify the applicationof the laws under which said above smaller district may have beenorganized, with reference to the matters of drainage recited in K.S.A.24-501.
