Chapter 24.--DRAINAGE AND LEVEES
Article 6.--DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

      24-604.   Record of proceedings.Within twenty days after the said district has been declared acorporation by the court the clerk thereof shall transmit to the secretaryof state a certified copy of the record relating thereto, and the sameshall be filed in his office in the same manner as articles ofincorporation are now required to be filed under the general law concerningcorporations. A copy of said record, together with a plat of the districtshall also be filed in the office of the county clerk of the county, orcounties, in which said district, or any part thereof, is situated.
