Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 11.--ADVANCE VOTING

25-1122c. Advance voting; notice to applicants whose voting in countyoffice on machines authorized.Upon receipt of an application filed pursuant to K.S.A. 25-1122, andamendments thereto, thecounty election officer of a county which authorizes the use of votingmachines for tabulation of advance voting ballots shall notifythe person that such personmay vote in person at the office of the county election officerduring the times established by the election officer.
