Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 12.--ABSENTEE VOTING; FEDERAL SERVICES AND SICK AND DISABLED

      25-1227.   Certain provisions of penal law to apply.The provisions of other laws of this state prohibiting offenses againstthe elective franchise shall apply in the case of elections and votingconducted pursuant to the provisions of this act.
