Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 14.--CONTEST OF ELECTIONS

      25-1449.   Final determination of contest of question submittedelections; disposition by court.Upon final determination of a contest of question submitted election bythe court, after time for appeal thereof specified in K.S.A.25-1450 has expired, or in case of appeal, the final judicialdetermination of the contest, if the court finds that the greatestnumber of valid votes were in favor of the question submitted the courtshall order that the question submitted has carried and likewise if thecourt finds that the greatest number of valid votes were against thequestion submitted the court shall order that the question submitted didnot carry, and the court shall make such additional orders as areappropriate.
