Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 17.--CORRUPT PRACTICES

      25-1710.   Penalties for violating 25-1707 to 25-1710.Any corporation which violates any of the provisions of this act shall,upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than ten thousanddollars, and any officer, director, or agent of a corporation violatingany of the provisions of this act, or who authorizes such violation, orany person who violates, or in any way knowingly aids or abets theviolation of any of the provisions of this act, shall, upon conviction,be punished by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars.
