Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 18.--VOTING BY NEW AND FORMER STATE RESIDENTS IN PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS

      25-1803.   Mailing duplicate application.The official in whose office the application is filed immediately shallmail to the appropriate official of the state in which the new residentapplicant last resided or in which the former resident applicant presentlyresides a duplicate of the application. In the case of a relocatedresident, the county election officer of the county in whose office theapplication is filed immediately shall mail to the county election officerof the county where the relocated resident last resided a duplicate of the application.
