25-216.Challenging right to vote; affidavit.The right of any person to vote at any national, state, county andtownship primary election may be challenged by any elector upon the sameground and his right to vote be determined in the same manner as at anational, state, county and township general election, except as otherwiseprovided herein.
If the person offering such person's vote ischallenged asunqualified on theground that the person is not a member of the party announcedbysuch person, the person shallmake and subscribe an affidavit in the following form, which shall bepresented to and retained by the election board, and returned by thesupervising judge with the poll list:
