Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 20.--SCHOOL DISTRICT ELECTIONS

      25-2010.   School district elections; conduct by county election officer;dates of primary and general elections specified.Election of board members and question submitted elections shall beconducted by the county election officer of the home county of the schooldistrict. Board member general elections shall beheld on the first Tuesday in April of each odd-numbered year. If a primaryelection is required to be held, such primary election shall be held on theTuesday preceding by five weeks the first Tuesday in April ofodd-numbered years.
