Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 20.--SCHOOL DISTRICT ELECTIONS

      25-2011.   Correlation with other elections.Primary and general school elections shall be conducted jointly withother elections held at the same time insofar as is practicable. Anyelection officer having responsibility for any other such election shallcooperate with the election officer of the school election, and if adifference arises which cannot be agreed upon, determination of thedifference shall be made by the county election officer unless suchdifference involves a question the determination of which is provided bylaw to be made by the secretary of state. In addition to other differenceswhich the secretary of state may resolve, he shall determine any matterswhich cannot be agreed upon locally by county election officers and whichoccur in relation to territory of a school district which is outside of itshome county. Any determination of a difference made by the officerresponsible under this section shall be conclusive.
