Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

25-2305. Same; items to be included.The registration books shall contain the following information as toeach voter who is registered: Name, date of registration and residence.Residence shall be specified by number and street, if any, and otherwisein such appropriate form as is determined by the county election officerin accordance with applicable rules and regulations of the secretary ofstate. If the person registered is under the age of eighteen (18) yearsat the time of registration, the registration books shall temporarilyshow the date when such person will reach the age of eighteen (18)years.
