Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 23.--REGISTRATION OF VOTERS

25-2318. Registration books for voting places.(a) The county election officer shall prepare a registration book foreach voting place. Such registration books shall have entered therein, inalphabetical order, the registered voters authorized to vote at such votingplace if otherwise a qualified voter.

(b) The registration book or a copy thereof for each voting place shallbe certified as to its authenticity by the county election officer, andshall be delivered by the supervising judge to the voting place in time forthe opening of the polls.

(c) Registration books to comply with the provisions of this sectionshall be in any form which has received the prior written approval of thesecretary of state.
