Article 24.--ELECTION CRIMES

      25-2429.   Destruction of election papers.Destruction of election papers is intentionally destroyingany certificateof nomination or nomination papers or any letter of withdrawal of acandidate.

      Destruction of election papers is a severity level 9,nonperson felony.
