Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 28.--ELECTION BOARDS

      25-2801.   Appointment and notification of judges and clerks.All election board judges and clerks shall be appointed by the countyelection officer and shall be subject to his direction and supervision. Ifpracticable, not less than ten (10) days prior to the day of any election,the county election officer shall appoint the judges and clerks for theelection boards for such election. Thereupon, the county election officershall notify such persons in writing of their appointment, and file in hisoffice a written statement of such appointments. Such notifications andstatements shall be in a form approved by the secretary of state.
