Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 29.--VOTING PROCEDURE

      25-2906.   Deposit or count of unlawful ballots prohibited; markingobjected to ballots.(a) No ballots other than those provided and printed in accordance withlaw shall be delivered to a voter, deposited in a ballot box or counted.

      (b)   Ballots that are counted (notwithstanding objections made thereto)shall be marked "objected to" on the back thereof, and a memorandum statinghow such ballot was counted shall be written on the back thereof and besigned by two judges.
