Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 3.--INDEPENDENT AND OTHER NOMINATION CERTIFICATES; TERMS OF OFFICE; FILLING VACANCIES

      25-313.   Commencement of terms of office.The regular term of office of all state, district, county and townshipofficers shall begin on the second Monday in January next after theelection, except as otherwise provided by law.
