Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 32.--STATE BOARD OF CANVASSERS

      25-3202.   Transmittal of intermediate canvass abstracts.Upon completion of any intermediate canvass the abstract, properlycertified, shall be promptly transmitted to the secretary of state or suchother officer as it is provided by law for the same to be transmitted.Every such transmittal shall be made by secure electronic transmission,registered mail or by a messenger designated by the county board of canvassersor the secretary of state.
