Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 34.--VOTING BY PERSONS IN FEDERAL ENCLAVES

      25-3401.   Inclusion of federal enclaves in wards and townships.Not later than sixty (60) days after the effective date of this act, thegoverning bodies of every city and county and every election orregistration officer shall ascertain that all territory of the state iswithin a township or a ward. Every public official having any duty orauthority under law to determine or change boundaries of any ward ortownship shall take appropriate action sooner than sixty (60) days afterthe effective date of this act to assure the inclusion of territory in atownship or ward as provided in this section.
