Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 37.--VOTING IN PRECINCT OF FORMER RESIDENCE

25-3703. Challenges hereunder.The votes of such former residents shall be subject to challenge forcause to the same extent, and any such challenges shall be determined inthe same manner, as provided by law with respect to votes of residentelectors.
