Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS
Article 4.--CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS

      25-413.   Duty of clerks of election when vote received after personhas taken oath prescribed.Whenever any person's vote shall be received after having subscribed theapplication for registrationpursuant to subsection (b) of K.S.A. 25-409, and amendments thereto, itshall be the duty of theclerks of the election to write on the poll books, at the end of suchperson's name, the word "Sworn"; and the ballot shall be numbered on theupper right hand corner to correspond with the person's name on the pollbooks.
