Chapter 25.--ELECTIONS Article 40.--ELECTION AND TERMS OF STATE OFFICERS

25-4002. Application of election laws.Except as otherwise provided in this act, election laws applicableto other state officers elected from the state as a whole shall apply tothe nomination and election of the governor and lieutenant governor,secretary of state and attorney general.
