Article 41.--ELECTION CAMPAIGN FINANCE; GENERAL

      25-4153b.   Contributions and expenditures;limitations.No political committee, a major purpose of which is toexpressly advocate the nomination, election or defeat of a clearly identifiedcandidate for the legislature or to make contributions or expenditures for thenomination, election or defeat of a clearly identified candidate for thelegislature, shall be established by a member of the legislature.
